I have called twice and waited for about 10 minutes and then was hung up on each time!!

We're sorry to hear you got disconnected while trying to contact our support lines. Could you please provide which number(s) you were trying to call? That way we can pass that feedback to the team that handles the phone lines.

 

Additionally, we can assist with general support, or submitting callback tickets to specialized teams, if you'd like to provide the reason for calling in.
