Hello @AnnM34 ,
Based on your most recent survey, the submissions have been anonymous (accessed via the regular link, not an email tracked link) so there won't be any identifying information associated with the survey's reporting. This information is automatically derived from contacts clicking the tracking link in an email, so if the link is accessed normally (such as through another website or social media), then there won't be any way to pull that info automatically.
If you're already asking for identifying info (i.e. asking for respondents to include their name, email, etc.) via custom questions in the survey, then you can pull that custom question info from the reports. The best one matching up the custom "identifying" questions with other responses would be the "Export all results" survey reporting export option.
