I am only getting a blank page when I go to setting up a survey. What else do I need to do?

Hello @ACTORSINC ,

Is the page completely blank when you create it, like all white with absolutely nothing on the screen? Or is it stuck with a loading symbol or resulting in an error page? Does the issue resolve itself by refreshing the page or logging out and back in resolve the issue? Does the issue occur in other browsers, or in Incognito / Private browsing?
