We send out newsletters twice weekly and now during the corona virus more often. Several of our subscribers are now showing "suspended" under the bounced emails. I have unsuspended knowing these emails are correct and the subscriber is stating that they are not receiving them. This does not seem to be working.
Are these contacts still being listed as a suspended bounce after you have taken the steps to un-suspended them? One step we always suggest when contacts are not receiving an email is whitelisting Constant Contact. You can also try sending them a blank test with an altered subject line as some emails cannot be delivered due to content or even the subject line. Are these addresses able to receive your blank test? With that said, in general, troubleshooting bounces can be difficult without specific examples. Please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, the contacts this is happening with, and the name of the email campaign you have sent them.
The Constant Contact User Community is hosting a sweepstakes. The more you participate, the more chances you have to win! Read on to learn more...Read More
