This is the second time -- you say and are suspended --- in the meantime last email -- they BOTH clicked on an event -- so they obviously received the email --- so what say you?? How will you fix this?

Did you contact Deliverability as I suggested last time? I'm not seeing any other recent cases in your account. As mentioned previously, if you believe that these contacts are being improperly reported or that there's an error with their bounce status, please call Deliverability so they can investigate.
