not working-asks to refresh-still unable to complete set up

Hi @CynthiaL574 

 

Are you receiving any error messages when setting up your text-to-join? If so having any screenshot of the error message will allow us to troubleshoot further. Also, what browser are you working in? If you have not yet tried turning on your text-to-join in a different browser or a private/incognito window I would suggest doing so. Are you able to complete the setup through a different browser?
