tracking delivery of emails

Emails are showing as "sent" in constant contact, but 100% are unopened.  This particular email was sent within our company (so we're safe listed), and we have received other emails from CC.  But one that did not show up.  Any ideas?

Hello @DanielC5365 ,

 

It doesn't look like you have self-authentication setup for your account, so a purely internal email may have issues with delayed or even wholly blocked delivery depending on your network's security settings, even if you have our domains safelisted.

 

I'd recommend looking through this article on setting up email self-authentication, and call our Delivery team if you need more specialized assistance, insight, and troubleshooting for this.
