You can copy and paste text into an email without formatting typically as option when right-clicking in a text block, or when you use the CTRL SHIFT V keyboard command (CMD SHIFT V on Macs). If you try to copy the text over with its original formatting, it may not copy over correctly, or may have incompatible code that can cause other issues in the test and actual sendouts.
