If this is in regards to your account's Refer-a-Friend link, make sure you're either utilizing the direct email version, or you're copying the share link exactly as it's presented. If you continue to have trouble using that link, please call our general support so they can provide live troubleshooting on it. 


If this is in regards to your partner referral link, I'd advise calling our general support and requesting a transfer to the Partner team for further assistance.
