I apologize that you are having issues opening the app! We haven't had any reports of the app not starting - I would try some basic connectivity troubleshooting. Try disconnecting from WiFi and accessing the application just using your data to see if that resolves the issue, or vice versa. If you are on a VPN of some kind, I would also recommend disconnecting from that to try. It would also be advisable to make sure that your application is updated to the latest version.
If none of that alleviates the issue, go ahead and give our support team a call at 866-289-2101 and they can troubleshoot with you further on a live, 1:1 basis. Make sure you know your phone's make and model, and have a screenshot ready to send over as well.
