When i get an email from constant contact, my own or another vendor, the pictures are unopenable with no option to download pictures. THey just have a red x in a box with no other options to "download pictures'. It only seems to happen with ConCon.
Hello @CBM1946 - Sorry to hear you're having problems viewing images. Could you tell me which email client and version you are using to view emails? Also curious to know if the emails are landing in your inbox or if they are typically being sent to spam/junk first.

I am using Outlook. I just switched to a new computer this morning (11/15) and I am still having the same issue. I can see it when I'm on my phone.
We'll need some additional information before we are able to assist further.
- What version of Outlook are you using?
- Did you attempt to update your Outlook settings using the link we provided earlier?
- Is this new computer on the same network as the previous one?
