Is there a way to see from which list(s) a person unsubscribed?

Hello @MaryB11 ,

 

Short of checking the reporting details of the emails they were sent (you can view their send history by checking their contact card), there wouldn't be a way to retrieve a contact's previous list memberships after they've fully unsubscribed from you.
