Most of your templates will freeze while creating emails. In addition i do not think you have updated them in years. I'm paying $70 a month for this. insane.

I'm very sorry that our templates seem to be outdated. If you would like, I can take your feedback to the proper channels. If you could take a screenshot and have an example of a template that looks out of date, you can email it to us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com, with your username and a reference to this post as well.


As for the freezing behavior, can you describe more about what's happening? That does not sound like it is functioning as designed. Have you tried accessing our site in another Internet browser, or have you tried Incognito/Private browsing modes? If that doesn't help, let us know and we can troubleshoot further.
