Hi I have to upload a video and I need to do it urgently could someone call me .  Thanks

Hello @user192631 ,

 

Videos cannot be embedded into emails as they tend to be very large file sizes. You'll need to host the video on a separate video-hosting site. The video block available in the email editor works with YouTube and Vimeo. If you prefer not to use one of those, a video hosted elsewhere should have a share URL that can be inserted into your email as a text, image, or button link.
