uploading contacts

I am getting this error message: contacts.api.internal_server_error   and am unable to add contacts to send my newsletter. The Contacts area also says it's having trouble loading. HELP

This is on the upload page. Nothing works.

UPDATE 2/6/2022: This was part of a larger system issue that was resolved on 2/5/2022 so we are locking this thread. If you need assistance, please post on the Community.
