urgent newsletter needs to go out for my church why is my account deactivated????

I attempted to send out our church worship service and it didn't get sent out.  Next I logged back in and I get this: "Call "Customer Support

We've temporarily deactivated your Constant Contact account. Please contact Customer Support so that we may resolve the problem and reactivate your account. We will continue to bill your account during this time."

 

This is urgent!  We have housebound parishioners waiting for the worship service! How do I get our account reactivated? I need help immediately, please!
