Did I receive an email with my username and password? I entered it to login and my laptop remembered my credentials. However, now it is not recognizing my information. How can I retrieve and/or reset and keep a physical note as to the credentials?

For security, and due to encryption, we can never send out passwords in emails. If your device isn't remembering the password correctly, or you're having trouble logging in, I suggest going to the Login Page, and resetting your password. You'll need to at least know your login username to reset the password, and have access to the email address you signed up with.
If you can't remember the username, then you can also have a reminder email sent to the account's primary email address.
Once you've recovered / reset these details, your browser or device should prompt you to remember that info. I'd suggest you check what they've actually saved, to ensure it's saved correctly. That way you can easily access your account when using that browser/device.
