Hi @CityC35

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulty viewing your screen. We have found that if you zoom out on your browser, that that will allow you to see the full window.

Hope that helps!

The entire screen is not visable. The left hand side is blocking the information in the center of the screen so I cannot see what I'm doing. I've tried resizing the screen to no avail. Is there a way to close the information on the left side?

Hi Mark,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Can you help us by sending a screenshot of the screen to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com so we can take a look at what is happening?

Also, what browser and version are youworking in?

Hi Rebecca,

I am sorry to hear this is happening, can you tell me more about what you are able to see on the screen? Does it look like something is being covered up?

What browser and version are you working in?

Can you try hitting CTRLand the "-" key to zoom out your screen?

Thanks,

I am trying to look at newsletter templates using Chrome 35.0.1916.153. On the left hand side I see Home (obscured mostly by the banner across the top telling me how many days are left in my trial), Campaigns, Contacts, etc. I see that there are lots of templates, but I can't see the ones on the left of the screen, because it won't permit me to scroll. Am I supposed to be able to use the site during the trail, or just browse it to see what's there? I just know it's going to be something simple that will make me feel like one of those people who hasn't plugged in their computer.

Hi John,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening! It doesn't sound like the screen is showing correctly for you. Is it possible for you to email us a screenshot of what you are seeing? Social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com. Please include reference to this post so we can update you.

Can you try working in another browser? Chrome is a supported browser but this is a good way to narrow down what is happening.

Thanks for your help,

Hannah M.

I cannot view portions of the content in the Interior white frame . It is not aligned correctly. I am using Chrome and tried resizing the browse but portions are cut off. Please fix.

Hi Ralph.

I'm so sorry for the trouble this is causing you today. If you could please take a screen shot of how your screen looks and then email it to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com so I can attach it to a case and have my Tier 2 team look at it? That way we can decide what is causing this and how to fix it. Thank you so much!

Preview Templates are not fitting properly on screen - any on left hand side are cut off.

Hello @GeorgeH579 ,

I apologize that you are not seeing the template on the left hand side of your screen.  This is an issue that we are currently investigating and working to find more information on.  Would you be able to reply to this post with the following details please:

  • I see that you were using Chrome, can you try incognitio mode and see if this helps?  (To open incognito you can click the three dashes in the top right of your chrome window then choose New Incognito Window.  You can also use Ctrl + Shift + N)
  • What is your screen resolution on your computer? (To find screen resolution you can right click on your desktop and choose Personalize.  In the bottom left hand corner of the window click Display, then on the left click Adjust screen resolution.  You will see dropdowns on this page showing you the resolution of your monitor.)
  • If you have another browser to test, please open your account in that browser.  Is the left side still cut off?
  • Are you only seeing this when Previewing Templates, or are you seeing this throughout your account?

I can also put in a request for you to be notified when this is resolved if you would like, just add this into your reply.

left half of the screen is covered by vertical tool bar

Hi  @HopeB186

I see that you called in and spoke with one of our reps who was able to assist you today on the phone after you posted here. She had you use another browser and that worked for you.

If there's anything we can help you with, please let us know!

How to I get rid of the annoying left sidebar so I can see the full screen?

Stephanie,

I apologize you're running into this difficulty! I'd be glad to assist! If you are working within an email, this may mean that you need to scroll back to the left on the bottom scroll bar. Not only can you scroll vertically but horizontally as well. Sometimes when scrolling to the right, the left hand side bar will cover the left hand portion of the email. Scrolling back left in the bottom of the window will gain you full access to the screen.

I hope this is helpful. If you are referring to something else, I apologize, just clarify and I will assess further.

Best,

Ian W

The left side navigation bar, i.e. Campaigns, Contacts etc. is blocking the left side of the screen. As a result, I can't see choices on many of the pages.

Hi @JoyaD

This sounds like your screen may be zoomed in too much.  You can try zooming out by holding the CTRL key and hitting the - key until you see 100% on the bottom of your screen or even smaller.

Also, you could try another browser.

If this continues to be an issue please let us know!

the new layout does not display completely on the computer screen. There is no scroll bar at bottom to shift page to the right and so cannot access menu options.

@NadineS06

I apologize for any frustration this may have caused. After taking a further look and speaking with my higher support team, I do see that this is actually an issue that we are currently experiencing and are working to resolve. I have attached this to your account so as soon as it is resolved, you will be notified directly!

Currently, a workaround is to utilize a different browser, but this error is not occurring on your end at all, as much as something we are dealing with on our side.

The details of the content are hidden by the bar that lists categories; difficult to use due to this
