I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulty viewing your screen. We have found that if you zoom out on your browser, that that will allow you to see the full window.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening! It doesn't sound like the screen is showing correctly for you. Is it possible for you to email us a screenshot of what you are seeing? Social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com. Please include reference to this post so we can update you.
Can you try working in another browser? Chrome is a supported browser but this is a good way to narrow down what is happening.

I'm so sorry for the trouble this is causing you today. If you could please take a screen shot of how your screen looks and then email it to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com so I can attach it to a case and have my Tier 2 team look at it? That way we can decide what is causing this and how to fix it. Thank you so much!

I apologize you're running into this difficulty! I'd be glad to assist! If you are working within an email, this may mean that you need to scroll back to the left on the bottom scroll bar. Not only can you scroll vertically but horizontally as well. Sometimes when scrolling to the right, the left hand side bar will cover the left hand portion of the email. Scrolling back left in the bottom of the window will gain you full access to the screen.

This sounds like your screen may be zoomed in too much. You can try zooming out by holding the CTRL key and hitting the - key until you see 100% on the bottom of your screen or even smaller.
Also, you could try another browser.

Currently, a workaround is to utilize a different browser, but this error is not occurring on your end at all, as much as something we are dealing with on our side.
