I am attempting to create a holiday card for my company, I've used a template provided by Constant Contact and attempted to insert a JPG of our own image and ran a test of both. Part of my message was missing from both emails. Specifically, I chose the "Season's Greetings" template with the snowman....I get the bottom half of the template, but no snowman. the same happens when I upload a jpg of our own image, the image doesn't appear. What could I be doing wrong?
When attempting to replicate this issue we did see that the image appeared as expected in the email inbox. Since we aren't able to see this error in real time would you mind answering a few questions?
Who is your email provider? (apple mail, gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc.)
Have you tried viewing this is different browsers or sending other individuals test to see if the same shows for them?
Are you seeing anywhere on the email that you need to "Right Click to Download Images"?
