I can understand the importance of being able to navigate the Contact Us section of your account as easily as you should. What browser are you using? Does this issue occur when browsing in an incognito window? Customers who have had this experience were able to access it in a different section of their account, such as: Campaigns, Reporting, Sign up Forms or Integrations. I also would like to apologize for any confusion there may be with the charges you have received.
