i have been sending email to my clients with out any problem , in my last campaign i notice the bounce was high and when i clicked on the report it showed me a fewe mail id ware suspended and few as other

Thanks for reaching out to us with your questions! When sending campaigns, there will sometimes be bounces and a code comes back to us from the recipients server giving us the reason why it bounced. "Other" is one of the different bounce categories. When an email bounces as "Other", typically the Internet Service Provider (ISP) doesnt use a standard code as to why the email bounced, so we categorize these as "Others". I have added an FAQ for you to view that can better help you manage, understand, and if needed, remove bounces from your account.
The FAQ does not suggest what to do if you're sending from an email that is not a "free account" and you continue to get a notification of "other" on the bounce report. If it happens again and again, should we remove the address?

If a contact continuously bounces as other, it simply means their ISP / domain provided a coded response that wasn't recognized as any of the others. It could, potentially, be one of the other bounce types such as non-existent, blocked, etc.
You may wish to reach out to that contact to see if they can do some safelisting on their end, or reach out to their domain to see what the issue is. But if a contact continuously bounces as other, then it will likely just need to be removed.
