what is wrong with logging in lately

I. could not log in to my account yesterday. It has been difficult for the last week. Yesterday, I needed to change the password as it would not accept my actual one. Today it says go to payment (even though the bill already paid according to my credit card - and you never send a notification of it) page and it would not load it. Any help or explanation will be appreciated.

It sounds like you may be running into some connectivity issues when trying to access the site. Let’s start with some basic connectivity troubleshooting. Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed.


If none of those alleviate the issues, could you please provide a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section? Once we have that we can do some more advanced troubleshooting as needed.

I do not believe it was anything to do with the connectivity as all other sites were loading fine. When I managed to log in to CC, all tabs were loading fine apart from My Account. It was giving a red notice box.

There are certain tabs on my account that you never know if the information is received by CC or not. A good example is  the one for "opt in/opt out for payment receipt invoices. I always make sure this is checked on "Always email...." but to this day I never received a receipt email from CC. I usually find out from my credit card statement.

When you click SUBMIT, there is no clear indication that it is submitted - and clearly it is not as I never get emails.
