why did my rate increase

My rate per month was $21.25. In December is changed to $47.81 without any notification. I am not happy with that rate.

I apologize for any confusion there may be with this increase in your billing! Have you recently added a large amount of contacts to your account? Your pricing may increase not only from the number of your contacts increasing, but also from you purchasing a Plus Campaign, or even changing your payment plan.
