would like to re-instate my account but never advances to my account settings

I'd like to re-instate my account but am unable to actually get to the account settings where I can update my details. It just shows the 'hourglass' on my Mac and it spins for hours without ever getting anywhere

Our higher level technical teams are looking into this issue further. If and when they have an update regarding your account's perpetual loading issue, they'll notify you directly.
