Hello, it sounds like you may be running into some connectivity issues when trying to update your billing info. Most likely it's a caching error or a plugin/extension causing interference with some of the site's elements.
For a more immediate solution, you're welcome to call our Billing team so they can securely confirm your account and get the billing info updated for you.
