Sorry to hear you're having issues, I'd like to get some more information. What happens when you try to save/send, are you seeing any error messages? 

We haven't had an recent outages or site-wide problems reported to us, so as an initial troubleshooting step have you tried using a different browser to see if that improves the performance?
