I want to have drop downs instead of checkboxes for group inclusions. When a client comes to my customer's site they are to chooce a month for their birthday and month for an anniversary. Right know, they can sign up for as many months as they like which is not what I want them to do. For instance, if a visitor signs up and his birthday is in May, I want him to choose it (and only it), the same would be true for a second drop down for their anniversary. Besides, it looks to cumbersome with 24 checkboxes......

I know how to build the form on the website, I just don't know how to get the input data into Constant Contact. Is there a tutorial that will show me how to submit that data into my customers database on the CC server?
