How can I get to the Archive data for a specific contact? 90 days is too short. Can the customer pay more to have this data available for 1 year?
I need the sent, opens and click thru's.
At this time we do not save any of this data past the 90 mark so there is no way to provide older reporting data. Our recommendation if you have a business need to have this data longer than 90 days is to create exports or backup that data to a private database. I will pass on this feedback to our Product Management team as a feature request.
