Looking for someone who can help with constant contact API and Wordpress integration

Hey 

Can anyone recommed a developer who can help me integrate constant contact with a form on WordPress or better still Contact form7 plugin form?

I would like to do the following on the form:

Capture: name, Email and most importantly

Automatically takes the name of the page the form is on / generates a new contact list on constant contact using the API below.

Obliviously if the contact list exists already it just adds the new contact to the list.
