Simple C# POST example (lists) using XDocument

Building upon a previous example, I have posted sample code showing how to create a new Constant Contact list using XDocument.  Through the magic of extension methods, a new list may be created with just one line of code:

string Response = NewList.Post(Url, CredentialCache);

where NewList is an XDocument.
