The Mashery account associated with this request is not active, or an invalid API key was used.

Hello,

I've setup a new API key and got an access token, however whatever I try to do returns:

[error_key] => mashery.not.authorized.inactive
[error_message] => The Mashery account associated with this request is not active, or an invalid API key was used.

I've tried this from both this page:

https://constantcontact.mashery.com/io-docs

And from my PHP application, but with the same result.

Any ideas what the problem is?

Thanks!

Which SDK are you using to make the requests?  Can you provide the link to the github repo you're using?

This is hapening to me too - from the https://constantcontact.mashery.com/io-docs page

I have a partner account. I can use this and then authorize the client site, right?

No need to make a new user account just for this client?

The access_token must be generated using the credentials of the account and user you want to have data access for.  If you are a partner, you would either need to know your clients credentials or allow them a mechanism to enter them directly.  We do not have any options for a partner to get access to a clients account data through the API without having a client directly authorize this.
