If your account has been locked, you will need to contact our support team to resolve this by calling us at (866)-289-2101. It should only take a few minutes to unlock your account and get you up and running again! If this has been a recurring problem with your account becoming locked, I would check all of your integrated applications to ensure that they are using correct credentials.
