try to useCCSFG to install form in my html-- get error massage

Hi

I try to install

CCSFG_0.0.6 so I can put my own custom form on my pages

I install it on the root folder

and try to install writting:

http://www.leangelique.com/CCSFG_0.0.6/setup/

it gave this error :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/angel/public_html/CCSFG_0.0.6/setup/header.php on line 1

any Idea how it can be solved?

Hello,

How are you uploading this file to your site?  Sometimes when uploading it through FTP, it inserts a Byte Order Mark that php has trouble rendering.  Try switching the FTP upload to "binary" and see if that fixes the problem.  If you are still having an issue, what version of php are you using?
