Community Coach Insights: Using Video in Marketing Emails

My experience with this account and all my accounts on the internet, a waste of my money.Sure you have the platform, but that's it. Me as a customer got nothing out of this.And I am sorry, I will not pay for something that just sits there and does nothing to help but take my money. I just do no understand.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way about working in your account! This is definitely not the way we want our users to feel. What about our system does not fit your needs? Any further details on what you are looking for instead is helpful for us to have so it may be tracked with the appropriate teams on your behalf.
