Add SMS checkbox to current newsletter signup pop up form

I just signed up for SMS marketing, and created a landing page. I want to add the SMS checkbox to my current newsletter signup pop up form, but I can't figure out how. I've searched high and low but only see the option to copy a link to the landing page. NOT what I'm looking for! I want my pop up form to look like the landing page I created.

We are setting the status for the idea to Acknowledged. We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
