Add a text field at top of home page to insert the business tagline!

Thank you for the feedback Bill! I'll pass it along to the right groups. You're right, currently there isn't a way to move a block above the header, so the only way to accomplish this currently would be to choose a header layout with text at the top and use that for your tagline (you might currently be using this area for different information so it would involve designing it differently):

As mentioned in a previous reply, a tagline can be "inserted" by using a different layout. We do not have plans to manually add additional blocks above or below layouts.
