So now (unless I'm missing something I've spent 15 minutes looking for on the site and in the forums) it is no longer possible to rename sent email campaigns? Why would developers remove something so useful and widely used ???
You can add my +1 for this too. Lately I have had numerous chats with tech support, which means many versions of the same email are saved. I would love to change the name after it is sent, especially so reporting shows "November Newsletter" and not ctct copy of revision of November Newsletter.
A year and a half of customers saying they think this would be very useful, and a year and a half of Constant Contact saying, "Gee, you're right, this would be good. We'll pass this along to our developers." And nothing accomplished, nothing done.
I apologize for the frustrations our developers take all feedback seriously, and strive to make our product better everyday but unfortunately this options is still not available.
We do however have a new feature released today that allows you to move emails to folders, this could be a work around while our developers continue to review the Renaming functionality.
I'm happy to pass along your feedback as well about renaming an email that has already been sent!
You're right, since the last comments there have been some updates in your account. The tab is now labeled "Email" and falls toward the top of the page on the left.
I agree with the need for this feature. The reason we need it, is so we can instantly remember what is in the email without clicking on it to view. For example an email named "Email Created 2012/11/21 6:35pm" is not as easily recognizable as "Black Friday Sale." This would simplify my search next year in November, by renaming the email titles for better recognition.
Our Feedback board is changing! From updated statuses to clearer processes, we're working to improve the conversation between you and our Product teams
