You're hiding your cancelation button. There's absolutely no reason that the option to cancel an account would live under "view statements." This is clearly a method to make it more difficult to cancel. I would suggest it be under Plans or Payment Plans or even on the general billing tab.

This button has been moved. As of right now, it is still shown on the View Statements page. In addition to that, it has also been added to the main My Account page on the Billing tab. The previously linked article has been updated with this information as well!
