As I'm waiting on hold after having to "speak" my phone number (don't use the keypad) and being unable to do this through my account online, I have to say that your process for cancelling a service TOTALLY SUCKS. I don't appreciate having my time wasted. If I need a spam service in the future, I'll choose someone else. :-(
