Change the order of archived emails

0 Votes

When I go to the campaign page and click on the archived campaigns and sort them new to old, they show in the correct order on your website. However, when I go to the archive page on my website, they are not in the same order.

Thank you for taking time and sharing your experience! This is a great observation, I have added a tag to this post for us to start tracking this feedback.

I can't believe that, after all this time, Constant Contact has not made any improvement to the campaign archive widget.

This link will demonstrate why this is not useful.

New campaigns that I am archiving as they are sent are in chronological order. I send out a new campaign every week, so at this rate, I will have an accurate archive of 100 campaigns in about two years!

It would be nice if there was a way to move around the list of archived newsletters as I have to make copies of all mine because of emojis in subject lines so they are not in chronological order now.

We're updating the status of this idea to more accurately reflect its current status with our engineering team and also made slight changes to the subject line in order for it to be more easily found. We don't have an update to share regarding changing the order of archived emails and can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on this feature request but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.

It would be great to have a better email archive integration. Right now, if I use the archive code to embed into Weebly, it only pulls the really old emails. It seems like the only way I could get the most recent 50 is by going through and manually deleting the oldest archived emails (not sustainable.) Would love a better tool to showcase old newsletters.
