Chat support is great and I appreciate it. Just a couple things are challenging and don't know if the support platform can make any changes OR if it's just something I don't know, but when I 'm on chat sometimes it's necessary to DO the thing they're telling me to do, but as soon as I do that I lose the chat window and the agent. That's problematic as then I have to start a new chat. Just now I lost two chats because I clicked a button. This time I wanted to leave a review since the agent helped me, but lost that page. I don't see this kind of thing on any other chat platforms. Thanks-otherwise-really like Constant Contact
