Chat support

Chat support is great and I appreciate it. Just a couple things are challenging and don't know if the support platform can make any changes OR if it's just something I don't know, but when I 'm on chat sometimes it's necessary to DO the thing they're telling me to do, but as soon as I do that I lose the chat window and the agent. That's problematic as then I have to start a new chat. Just now I lost two chats because I clicked a button. This time I wanted to leave a review since the agent helped me, but lost that page. I don't see this kind of thing on any other chat platforms. Thanks-otherwise-really like Constant Contact

Hi @PattyP348 when speaking with our chat support does the chat window take up the whole screen? Does minimizing both your account screen and you chat screen allow you to see both at once?
