Constant Contact billed me $100 instead of $20 for the month. They then refunded the $80, which takes a week. They did not bother to contact me in any manner. It was a hardship and caused financial havoc. I suggest that when that happens they phone their client. Even an email would have been helpful! It is the courteous and responsible thing to do.
