I completed a survey about my customer service experience but submitted before I was able to finish my comments.


I would like to commend Colleen for helping solve a problem originally created by another customer service rep. who deleted ALMOST ALL of my contacts when he was only supposed to delete one list in question.


Thank you to Colleen for turning my experience with Constant Contact from a very frustrating one to a happy one.
