Display multiple choice options horizontally in survey

I would also add that when a multiple choice question was created in the Legacy Builder, the choices were presented horizontally across the page, instead of stacked vertically as in the new Survey Builder.  The vertical stacking of the options makes the survey look much longer and will likely result in fewer people responding.
