I am working on an annual report to the National Institutes of Health on behalf of our national grant. For a recent report to the NIH we made use of the graphical visualization tools to show campaign engagement across a certain period. We were very displeased to find, upon attempting to include this information again for this week's report, that the Reporting section of our account has now been downgraded and A) no longer offers this graphical reporting, and B) only offers reporting for the last 50 outgoing email campaigns. We just renewed our terms of service through June 30th and would appreciate either a refund, or a continuation of these features on our account at no charge.
