I was searching all over for the edit tab for the contact but could not see it anywhere. I had to call customer service just for them to tell me that I just needed to click on the email itself. How confusing is that? Please have an indication that that can be done or have an edit button. Thank you!
Can you give us an easier way to edit contacts that have opened an email? For example, if there is a contact that opened an email and for whatever reason their name is not there or not complete, to add the name to that contact involves an incredible amount of back and forth clicking: Clicking on the contact, editing the contact, going back to the list (which is set to a view 50 default that can not be changed. This becomes really difficult and time consuming when you are editing contacts that are #1500 (for example) on the opened list! There has got to be an easier way!
When someone has a change of email address, they stop receiving the emails. I've tried changing their names and that doesn't help. Why does this happen? I've tried over and over to delete and add new; but because their names are already in the system, it doesn't accept editing. HELP!!!
Are these contacts all active? Do you see any errors when you try to update the email address within the existing contact?
