I was searching all over for the edit tab for the contact but could not see it anywhere. I had to call customer service just for them to tell me that I just needed to click on the email itself. How confusing is that? Please have an indication that that can be done or have an edit button. Thank you!
Are you referring to information that is part of existing contacts? If so, you can edit this information by clicking on the piece of information you want to edit on the contact's profile. You will see the area open up so you can make edits.
I have a bunch of contacts to add. You need an "Add new contact" button. No idea where to find way to open new contact field after I have just added one. Guess i will have to dig around. Inconvenient.
Thanks for posting! Once you have added a contact to the account you would need to find them in the list view or search for them and then click on their name. You should be redirected to the contacts profile where you can click on any field or information to edit or add it.
Jeff was very helpful and efficient. I was attempting to update a church members email address. When I clicked on her name, the email address did not appear clickable (although it is) and so I couldn't figure out how to change her email address. Perhaps it could appear in a field window or be a different color to show that it is editable. :) Thanks!
