Editing Signature and Contact Information

I have both name and email updates that are not accepted in this and other contact edit functions. Very frustrating. Why am I not able to edit these areas? Need feedback. Constant Contact is becoming increasingly difficult to utilize or change....both in contact edits and here. Will work through this month. Am researching other vendors now in hopes to find solutions for our business. Thanks, Arthur Ledlie, CEO Bridge Networks
